Headquartered in Ajman, Wahat Alreamal General Maintenance Contracting was founded in 2015 under the direct management and on-site leadership of partners Sreedharan C and Ratheesh. For years, our specialized crews have executed complete gypsum ceilings, drywall partitioning, painting, and general maintenance projects throughout Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah.
To expand field resources and manage multi-site projects across the Northern Emirates, our operations are supported by our associate firm, Wahat Alshemal General Maintenance Contracting (est. 2025). Both companies share the same executive management, master technical supervisors, and quality standards, allowing us to deploy larger workforce teams to meet tight client schedules without delay.
We handle direct contracts for villa & apartment owners, as well as specialized sub-contracted packages for commercial offices and main contractors.
We purchase all certified materials directly, manage our own site transportation, and ensure UAE civil-defense code compliance on all projects.
